We completely customise our menus to your locations your needs Steve & Martin can help you decide, from our Fine Dining, Banquet, Grazing station, to our very popular Buffet, BBQ and Finger buffet Menus, If you are looking for that special menu, Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten-free we can discuss your tastes and design a menu that will suit your occasion

We can assist with all facets of the wedding preparation and specialise in boutique wedding receptions whether they be at home, at the beach, in the bush or at a location that is close to your heart. Planning your perfect day can be difficult. We can assist you with all of the details. Steve and Martin have both coordinated and served at hundreds of weddings. They have the contacts and can help you with all the details. Their experience as outside caterers has provided them with a large network of wedding and reception related contacts. Steve and Martin can:

• Introduce you to wedding celebrants
• Contact transport for the wedding party and guests
• Recommend accommodation for guests
• Introduce you to entertainment providers

• Help you select an MC for the event
• Assist with marquee table and chair hire
• Organise the special touches such as a slushie machines
• Provide the wedding cake

• Design personal bonbons
• Source all your party supplies
• Provide a custom menu
• Provide additional waitstaff and bar-staff as necessary

Wedding Location Ideas

We are able to cater to almost any location from Sydney to Wollongong,  Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Nowra and on the Southern Highlands. We will gladly help you find the perfect location for your Beach or Bush Wedding. We work with reception and function centres all along the South Coast, Shoalhaven and Illawarra. NB: we are not licensed but will be happy to serve drinks purchased by you, $200 deposit is required on booking, with the balance, and confirmation of numbers due 10 days before the function. If cancelled  deposits will not be refunded and if cancelled after final payment there will be no refund, waiting staff will be charged $35 per hour per waiter, minimum four hours per each staff member
