After arriving in Australia for a Holiday We decided to stay in a beautiful home in the Shoalhaven, just outside Nowra, the house had to be big enough to hold 3 families
So we went on line, and found the ideal place Rayne Manor, this beautiful property has everything that we required
having decided to stay in and use the facilities of the House, we decided to find a Caterer/personal chef to come over and cook Dinner
We found A Class Catering by Martin and Steve online, and contacted Martin, he was very friendly and helped us choose from the
Menu, a 4 course Meal, he assured us that everything would be organized from cutlery ,crockery, all set up and clean up
they also organized the childrens meals
Saturday night we were all excited, having not had Caterers before we where a little nervous,
Steve and martin arrived, and straight away put any fears that we had to bed, they assured us to relax and they would take care of everything
First Course arrived seared Scallops on steamed rice served with a vermouth sauce
Main course Venison Fillet, with a cherry crumble sauce,and served with colcannon mash potato and wilted baby spinach
Then to dessert Strawberry crepes, cooked and flambeed at the table served with ice cream and whipped cream
followed by a fruit and cheese platter
as you can imagine we were totally stuffed,
What an amazing evening Steve and Martin where simply awesome
