Prawns,Prosciutto & Rockmelon Salad A Christmas entree recipe by A Class Catering
Today I’d like to share a recipe for a prawns,prosciutto & rockmelon salad, & with Christmas just around the corner this super simple salad will make the perfect entree or a salad platter to go in the middle of the Christmas table on Christmas day.
This recipe serves 6
Ingredients
1× rockmelon halved deseeded peeled & each half cut into 9 wedges
18 cooked king prawns peeled deveined w/ tails on
12 thin slices of prosciutto
1 small bunch basil,leaves picked & torn
60ml or 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Cracked salt & cracked pepper
Method
1 arrange the rockmelon prawns prosciutto & basil on serving plates
2 mix olive oil & lime juice in a small bowl then drizzle over the salad & sprinkle over cracked salt & cracked pepper & serve
As I said a super simple salad ? too easy.
