A great couple of weeks, the phone has been running hot with enquiries and bookings.
Our fine dining dinner party menu’s have been very popular, with bookings at at Mananga Homestead in Berry being especially popular.
This house takes you back to the late 1800’s and is a great place to hold a themed dinner party with family and friends
Some of our guests favourite dishes have been the baked mushrooms with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes and mussels cooked in a tomato pesto and white wine sauce for entree. As well as Steve’s own recipe lamb shanks, grilled pork loin on the bone served on steamed jasmine rice topped with Asian vegetables and spicy plum sauce.
