With over 50 years of combined experience, Martin and Steve know how to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Martin is a seasoned hospitality professional whose passion for service has taken him from Head Waiter aboard the QE2’s Columbia Restaurant to Maitre D’ at Sydney’s Barnaby’s Restaurant, and Function Manager at Green Mount Beach Resort. He has coordinated countless weddings and events, both in-house and off-site, and as a business owner, helped A Class Catering win the Illawarra Brides Choice Awards in 2016 and 2017.

Steve is an internationally experienced Personal Chef who has led kitchens as Executive Chef at the Old Bailey in London and Head Chef at The Snow Goose in Adaminaby. Whether it’s a wedding, fine dining event, or gourmet BBQ, Steve brings creativity and excellence to every dish. He has catered for events across venues from Parramatta Riverside to Penrith RSL, delivering food experiences your guests will remember.

Food is king in the kitchen. To ensure you have the ultimate food experience we source from local providers of quality food. Our meats are exclusively provided from an award winning country butcher based in Minnamurra. The seafood available in the Shoalhaven and the Illawarra is amongst the best in the world and we delight in doing it justice. We source seasonal vegetables and fruits from very select local providers to ensure that flavour is always at center stage
